A gun rack for Central Texas
Hewitt sits on the southwest side of Waco, between Woodway, Robinson and the Brazos River bottoms, in the middle of some of the best deer and hog country in Texas. We named the store after it and stock for the way Central Texans actually use their guns: bolt rifles in .243, .270, .308 and 6.5 Creedmoor for the November opener, ARs and fast-handling rifles for feral hogs, field 12s and 20s for the September dove opener, lever guns for the brush, and carry pistols for everyday life.
Texas keeps buying simple: no permit to purchase, no registration and no waiting period, and adults 21 and older may carry a handgun without a license. Every firearm ships to a licensed Texas dealer you choose, in Hewitt, Waco, Temple, Killeen or anywhere else in the state, and the dealer runs the background check at pickup. Ammunition, optics and parts ship straight to your door.
